Cops shoot dogs; question owners
Chicago cops shot and killed two pit bulls after the dogs attacked and mauled a sever-year old kid. One dog escaped.
The report said the officers were forced to shoot the dogs after other means of stopping the attack failed.
The child is recovering in a Chicago hospital.
After the attacks, the police questioned the dog's owners.
That leaves me rondering. Shouldn't the cops have shot the owners and questioned the dogs?

Cop- Oh thats a shame, I didnt know she left you. Well I am sure theres another one out there. Whats with attacking this kid?
Dog- Woof, bark, woof woof woof, bark.
Cop- Oh so your owner starved you, then ran you on a tread mill for hours, then shot you up with crack then place bets on you to kill your friends.. Hm.. well I am gonna have to take you in for more questioning... sounds kinda fishy.l
